Baby-wearing Dance Class
A Postpartum Movement Class for Birthers and Babies
Tuesdays | 11:15AM-12:15PM
This special 60-minute class blends gentle movement, strength, and connection, offering a chance to move with your baby (8 weeks and beyond) while supporting your postpartum body. You’ll enjoy:
✨ Community connection with fellow parents
✨ Gentle dancing while babywearing or holding your baby
✨ Baby-inclusive strengthening & stretching exercises
We’ll start with dance-based movement while baby-wearing or carrying, then transition to mat-based exercises that incorporate playtime with your baby—all in a welcoming, supportive space.
Please bring:
✨ Your own baby carrier
✨ A blanket for your little one
Led by Michelle Chirby
Michelle Chirby (she/her) is a mother of two, an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC), professional nutritionist, certified birth worker and movement instructor. She has over a decade of experience leading group movement classes and working on perinatal and child nutrition programs. Through personalized prenatal, labor, birth and postpartum support, she assists families in the perinatal period to experience a holistic, healthy start.
