Designed for all stages of pregnancy, this class blends dance, strength-building, and gentle stretching to support your changing body in a safe and effective way. You'll learn techniques to ease common pregnancy discomforts, prepare for labor, and promote postpartum recovery—all while having fun.

Led by Michelle Chirby

Michelle Chirby (she/her) is a mother of two, an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC), professional nutritionist, certified birth worker and movement instructor. She has over a decade of experience leading group movement classes and working on perinatal and child nutrition programs. Through personalized prenatal, labor, birth and postpartum support, she assists families in the perinatal period to experience a holistic, healthy start.
