Gentle Yoga with Weights
Take care of both your body and mind in this slow paced series to help you develop strength in all major muscle groups, while reducing stress and relaxing the nervous system. In this 3 week series, you will:
- Strengthen the body through bands and weights (please bring your own weights)
- Increase balance and flexibility through gentle yoga
- Relax the mind through breathwork and meditation
No yoga experience is required, beginners and all caretakers are welcome. Please bring your own weights, between 2 to 4 pounds are recommended, all other props will be provided.

Restorative Yoga & Sound Healing
Unwind at the end of your week and take time for yourself to heal and nourish your body, mind, and spirit. Through restorative yoga, meditation, breathwork, and sound healing, you will:
- Learn how to reduce stress and relax the nervous system.
- Experience the transformative effect of sound healing with crystal bowls, chimes, more.
-Gain practical tools on how to bring deep healing into your daily life.
No yoga experience is required, beginners and all caretakers are welcome (moms, dads, empty nesters, & more!).

Full Moon Yoga
The Full Moon offers a powerful opportunity to deepen your yoga practice. By aligning with the rhythms of the lunar cycle, you can enhance your self-awareness, release blockages, and embrace a sense of renewal. In this beginners friendly event, you will experience:
- Moon Crystal Healing
(your own crystal gift)
- Gentle + Restorative Yoga
- Guided Moon Meditation + Pranayama
- Full Moon Intention Setting with Handout

Vision Board Yoga
Give yourself the space to pause, listen and become clear on your vision as we approach this new year. Release what you need to let go of through relaxing yoga to make space for your intention and creation of your own vision board. In this beginners friendly event, you will experience:
-Vision Board Creation (all materials provided)
-Crystal Meditation (crystal gift provided)
-Gentle Kripalu Yoga
-Relaxing breathing techniques
